Calico Ghost Town Campground as Home Base for the 3 Day Fest

The weekend will consist of camping, friends, food, and trail runs. We are in the process of working out the logistics of camping accommodations.
We will scale this event based off of interest. This will be a multi-forum gathering, open to TacomaWorld and FJ forums as well.We are in the process of securing camping spots for trailers. Camping costs TBD soon
As with any T4R gathering, this is a family friendly venue, bring your kids along! Difficulty: We are considering different level trail runs to ensure max participation:
Easy
Moderate
Difficult
Extreme
THIS WILL NOT BE YOUR RUN OF THE MILL TRAIL RUN, THIS WILL CONSIST OF MULTIPLE TRAIL RUNS AT ALL DIFFERENT LEVELS, STYLES, AND AGENDA.
EACH TRAIL/ROUTE EACH BEING LEAD BY A DIFFERENT TRAIL LEADER AND A PRE DETERMINED ROUTE AND GOAL/AGENDA EXAMPLE: ( ROCK KRAWLING, DIFFICULT, MODERATE w/TECH SECTIONS, MODERATE SCENIC/MINE EXPLORING, EASY MINE EXPLORING w/MODERATE SECTIONS AND EASY LONG SCENIC SITES/PHOTO OPT RUN.) as POSSIBLE OPTIONS.
There will also be vendors joining us for the 3 day fest Also with that we will be doing raffles from donated/gifted items we recieve. All proceeds will go to a pre selected charity or military charity/ family in need

Details: We are in the planning stages of organizing a potentially large get together of off-road enthusiasts. Weather: For those of you concerned with temperatures, the average temp on the same days in 2016 was 78 deg.
Routes: In the second post, there is a general map of the area. Specific routes will be posted beforehand. There will be several routes planned throughout the surrounding BLM trails. Exact routes will depend on how many Trail Leaders we get to commit.*
Equipment: NOTE * some trails will have minimum equipment requirements, I.E. front bumper, 4x4, sliders, tire size, clearance, etc.

Ground Rules:
As this will likely be a large gathering, we will have rules that we will have to enforce:
The Trail Captains have absolute say on what goes, their word is gold.
Good Attitude - with a big group, we'll need to be patient with each other
Safety!!! Make sure your rig is safe to operate, drivers must keep safe distances!!!
No alcohol consumption while driving on the trails
Bring food, beverages as the routes will likely take most of the day
Always bring spare fluids for your vehicle
Recovery gear, we will use it!
Recovery point front and rear, the factory hook is fine.
Trash-If you pack it in, pack it out. We want to keep the trails open and be allowed back to Calico next year.
